The date for Kuchiki Rukia's excution has been moved to fourteen days.

As many of you have noticed, the Ryoka seem to have broken in. Four have been reported - three males and one female, one of them dressed as a Shinigami.

The following divisions will handle the situation as they see fit, but the Captains need to be available for emergency Captain's Meetings.

Kuchiki Rukia has been moved to Senzaikyuu; I know this may seem sudden, but under the current circumstances, but I decided for the good of Seireitei and the trial, the move was needed. The 5th Division will be in charge of her surveillance.

The 2nd, 10th, and 11th will be in charge of scouting Seireitei.

The 3rd and 6th Divisions, it has been speculated that someone more knowledgeable of Soul Society and its workings has been helping the Ryoka out. We would like you to look further into this person. If you have any questions, please ask me in person. I would like this to be done quickly, but do not leak information until it is approved.

The 4th is providing medical help and back up as per usual.

The 12th will continue its research as usual.

The 7th Division will be in charge of keeping track of Rukongai's activity in the following days. We would like to make sure that no further infiltrations occur.

The 8th, 9th, and 13th Divisions will be waiting for further orders.

As some of you may already be aware of, there is a growing storm in West Rukongai. Please be cautious when entering that area within the next few days. Our sources say there is a high chance for thundrestorms, so prepare accordingly if you or anyone in your division plans to be spending time there.

Chamber 46 has finally reached a decision regarding Kuchiki-san's sentence.

OFFICIAL NOTICE: Kuchiki Rukia of the Thirteenth Division of the Gotei Thirteen - charged with disconduct, transferring powers to a human unauthorized, overtime spent in the Living World, failure to report to assigned officer, and behaving in ways unfitting of a Shinigami - has been sentenced to death by the Soukyoku. The execution will take place in thirty-five days.

[ OOC: ACTUAL timeline will be slightly different, so don't feel the need to suddenly rush as an actual 35 days go by. ]

I would like to once again remind everyone that the proper actions are being taken to handle the Ryoka situation. Seated officer or not, please follow Hitsugaya-taichou's advice, we do not need to make things more complicated than they have to be.

That in mind, Ichimaru-taichou, your earlier actions, while I'm sure in good intent were unnecessary. You are fully aware we have Gate Keepers assigned properly. We will discuss this more in detail at the next Captain's Meeting. I ask you to refrain from repeating any of this.

It has been brought to my attention that the Ryoka have infiltrated the network as well. Please act accordingly with entries. I trust you all are capable of that.

I have also been hearing rumors about the current prisoner in question, and would like to kill any speculation as to decisions regarding Kuchiki-san and her sentence. Everyone will be notified as a decision comes officially.

Updates on the situation will be announced at a later time.

As I'm sure many of you are aware, we have been infiltrated by a group of Ryoka. The exact number and whereabouts are currently unknown, but we have been informed that they first appeared in West Rukongai.

Please do not let the disturbance disrupt daily duties. Officers need not concern themselves, as the proper actions to take care of the situation will be taken. Gate Keepers have been informed of the infiltration.
